           -Resist social media marketing

           -Rejoice other people's successes (Romans 12:15)

       (Proverbs 15:15)

       1. How to Recalibrate:

           -Consider what you have rather than what you don't

            (Esslesiastes 5:9)

           -Choose to celebrate (especially the little things)

           -Communicate your thanks to Christ (Ephesians 5:20)

 

Take Away: 

Comparisons create discontent, but contentment is created by celebrating the blessings of Christ
